สามารถฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน ภาษาไทยได้
กำลังศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี/โท สาขาบริหาร การจัดการ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีทักษะการใช้งาน Google Workspace และ MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
หากมีความรู้ด้าน IT systems, databases หรือ project management tools จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การทำงานเป็นทีม และการบริหารเวลา

หัวหน้างาน: ผู้จัดการโครงการบริการสุขภาพภาคก่อสร้าง
โครงการ “สนับสนุนนวัตกรรมการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพแรงงานข้ามชาติในแคมป์พักก่อสร้าง (Health Innovation in the Construction Sector: HICS)” ระยะเวลาโครงการ 20 เดือน (1 ส.ค. 2567 - 1 เม.ย. 2569) ทุนสนับสนุนโดย สำนัก 9 สำนักงานกองทุนสนับสนุนการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ (สสส.) ดำเนินงานร่วมกับบริษัทเอกชนภาคการก่อสร้าง จำนวน 11 บริษัท พัฒนานวัตกรรมบริการสุขภาพ (health innovations, prototypes) ในแคมป์พักก่อสร้างที่เข้าร่วมโครงการ จำนวน 15 แห่ง พื้นที่ กทม. และจังหวัดใกล้เคียง ได้แก่ สมุทรปราการ นครปฐม ปทุมธานี นนทบุรี และชลบุรี
กิจกรรมหลักในโครงการ ได้แก่
(1) ศึกษาสำรวจความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพในกลุ่มแรงงานข้ามชาติที่อาศัยในแคมป์พักก่อสร้างและการพัฒนาองค์กรรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ (Health Literate Organization: HLO)
(2) จัดทำฐานข้อมูลแคมป์พักก่อสร้าง แผนที่ดิจิทัลแสดงที่ตั้งแคมป์พักและสถานบริการสำคัญในพื้นที่ จัดทำคู่มือและออกแบบแคมป์พักสุขภาวะ (Camp Safer by Design)
(3) พัฒนานวัตกรรมบริการสุขภาพด้วยแนวคิดเชิงออกแบบ (Design Thinking)
ซึ่งทั้ง 3 กิจกรรมหลักนี้ ดำเนินงานโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญภายนอก (external service provider) จากมหาวิทยาลัย

สนับสนุนงานโครงการให้สำเร็จตามเป้าหมายโครงการหลัก โดยทำงานร่วมกับบุคลากรฝ่ายอื่นๆ อาทิ เจ้าหน้าที่ฝึกอบรม (Training Team) ทีมสื่อสาร (Communication Team)
สนับสนุน ช่วยเหลือ ค้นหาข้อมูล การจัดการเฉพาะด้าน เช่น จัดทำและส่งหนังสือ/จดหมาย นัดหมายผู้แทนบริษัทและผู้เชี่ยวชาญ เตรียมเอกสารโครงการ บันทึกและสรุปประชุม เผยแพร่ประชาสัมพันธ์ผ่านสื่อออนไลน์ (เช่น Facebook Page)
Baan Dek Foundation is a dynamic non-profit dedicated to empowering marginalized children and families living in urban poverty, particularly in construction camps across Thailand.
The Thai construction sector employs approximately 700,000 migrants out of which 40% are women. BDF and UNICEF’s evidence-based study states around 60,000 children live with parents in construction site camps with slum-like conditions. These children and their parents face critical challenges in accessing essential services such as education, healthcare and child protection.
To address this challenge, BDF supports children and their parent’s immediate needs (access to healthcare, education, and child protection services), empowers their communities through a peer-to-peer approach (training for youth, adults, and women) and creates systemic change in the Thai construction sector through the Building Social Impact Initiative.
